That the site being submitted is owned and operated by the one submitting the site or has been delegated to submitting the site.
That the site being submitted is not on a free host server.

That when submitting a site, no html codes will be used in the description and/or title of the form.
That when a site links back to SinQuery, that link will not be buried to where it can not be seen or found
